Lead the design and delivery of technology solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, advise clients, and drive innovation within assigned accounts.
The Technical Solution Leader is a senior-level role responsible for defining, designing, and guiding the delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives. This position combines deep technical expertise with leadership and communication skills to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise strategy. The Technical Solution Leader will be assigned to named strategic accounts and top sales pursuits. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, sales/delivery leadership, and engineering teams to shape solution roadmaps, drive innovation, and ensure delivery excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the identification and design of technical solutions that meet clients’ business requirements.
- Partner with business and technical leaders to understand requirements and shape solution strategies aligned with the customer’s industry trends and business strategy.
- Serve as a trusted senior advisor to client executives and technical teams advising on technology investments and roadmap decisions.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders on selected priority clients.
- Provide technical direction and oversight during early stages of sales opportunities to ensure right solution strategy is pursued maximizing value to client and NRI.
- Partner with sales leadership to prioritize client engagements and build qualified sales pipeline within the assigned region.
- Work closely with Innovation Directors and Technical Solution Architects to win qualified sales opportunities.
- Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure solution performance, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex solution issues across platforms and technologies.
- Drive adoption of innovative tools, platforms, and practices to improve solution quality and efficiency.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in solution architecture or technical leadership.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions across applications, data, cloud, and infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of security, data management, and infrastructure principles.
- Strong skills in consultative sales and customer engagement. The TSL role sits at the intersection of sales and technology – it requires the ability to identify client needs and translate them into solution opportunities
