Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed budgetary goals
  • Manage distributor relationships, including conducting product technical and sales training
  • Develop and maintain a large pipeline of prospects and drive conversion
  • Conduct product trials to support sales efforts and customer adoption
  • Maintain detailed records of all account activities using CRM software

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience selling with and through industrial distributors
  • Previous experience selling chemicals or industrial products with preference given to candidates with experience in the Rubber and Composites market
  • Ability to travel 60% or more within assigned territory
  • Four-year college degree preferred
  • Successfully demonstrate ability to sell value
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software along with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
