The Technical Sales Representative will achieve sales goals, develop new customer relationships, educate customers on product benefits, and support product development initiatives while providing ongoing service at customer sites.

Responsibilities:- Achieve territory sales and profitability goals provided by Market Manager.
- Develop new customers through data mining, networking, business associations and other means to deliver year over year organic growth.
- Educate customers on product’s operating characteristics, application advantages, cost justification, energy consumption and other value added sales topics.
- Initiate and support new product development and product improvement projects in coordination with engineering, production and finance departments. Provide sales projections (volumes and prices) based on market research. Define performance specifications and certification requirements of new products.
- Perform ongoing service and support at customer sites. Document findings and submit detailed formal reports to customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or marketing, or an associate's degree in a technical trade and applicable experience.
- A minimum of five years of work experience in heavy industry. Knowledge of the pulp & paper and petrochemical/refining industries highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of air filtration systems a plus.
- Gas Phase filtration, carbon and/or corrosion control experience is a plus.
- Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
