The Technical Sales Representative will achieve sales goals, develop new customer relationships, educate customers on product benefits, and support product development initiatives while providing ongoing service at customer sites.

Responsibilities:- Crush Sales Goals: Own your territory’s success by meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets set by the Market Manager.
 - Grow the Business: Tap into new opportunities through data mining, networking, and industry connections to fuel consistent, organic growth year over year.
 - Be the Product Expert: Educate customers on the unique benefits of our products—from performance and energy efficiency to cost savings and application advantages.
 - Innovate with Purpose: Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and finance to champion new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
 - Forecast with Confidence: Provide accurate sales projections using market insights to guide strategic decisions.
 - Set the Standard: Define performance specs and certification requirements for new products that meet and exceed industry expectations.
 - Deliver Exceptional Service: Offer ongoing support at customer sites to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
 - Communicate with Clarity: Document findings and deliver detailed, professional reports that build trust and transparency with customers.
 
- A minimum of five years of work experience in heavy industry.
 - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or marketing, or an associate's degree in a technical trade and applicable experience is preferred.
 - Knowledge of the pulp & paper and petrochemical/refining industries is preferred
 - Basic understanding of air filtration systems is preferred.
 - Gas Phase filtration, carbon and/or corrosion control experience is preferred.
 - Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
