Responsibilities:- Lead complex sales opportunities by providing technical expertise and customer-focused solutions.
- Build and grow strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and new business.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
- Partner with engineering, production, and R&D teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reporting.
- Gather customer and market insights to support product improvements and business strategy.
- Provide technical product training and support to customers and internal sales teams.
- Must be located IN or NEAR Louisiana, Arkansas, or Mississippi.
- Proven success in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar consultative sales role (4+ years preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Comfortable working hands-on in industrial environments, including wearing PPE and conducting facility walk-throughs in manufacturing settings.
- Industry experience in filtration, HVAC, air quality, or industrial products/solutions is highly preferred.
