About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for contract and contingent roles across our consulting practice. You’ll partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and external vendors to deliver fast, high-quality hires that align with Capco’s growth and client needs. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment while shaping our contract workforce strategy.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver tailored hiring strategies.
- Manage the full contract recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Conduct CodePair assessments for technical talent, i.e Java, Python, React, SQL
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing vendors, MSPs, and agencies.
- Negotiate terms and ensure compliance with company policies and budget guidelines.
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience with efficient and timely communication.
- Track pipeline activity, maintain data accuracy, and share insights and metrics with leadership.
- Collaborate with HR to improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems.
- Champion consistent and standardized recruitment practices across the business.
What You’ll Bring With You:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment within consulting, IT services, or similar industries.
- Strong background in vendor management and agency partnerships.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced recruitment cycles.
- Experience interviewing technical candidates through code pair, i.e Hackerrank
- Familiarity with contract compliance and onboarding.
- Proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
