About the RoleThe Technical Quality Assurance Inspector I is responsible for developing the ability to perform inspections of manufacturing goods during the manufacturing process. This role involves conducting visual and dimensional and inspections of individual items, sub-assemblies or final system assemblies. The inspector will work with more senior inspectors to begin the process of the ability to interpret prints, manufacturing drawings, diagrams, wire cards, and lists to approve or reject in-process or final assemblies.
In this role, you will perform mainly supervised inspections of manufacturing goods during the manufacturing process and conduct visual and dimensional inspections of individual items, sub-assemblies, or final system assemblies. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications, document inspection results, and maintain accurate records. You will communicate inspection findings to relevant stakeholders and utilize Microsoft Office suite tools for documentation and reporting.About You

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Typically, entry-level 0 - 1 years of relevant experience.

  • Basic ability to understand and interpret technical schematics and documents.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite tools.

  • Experience following work instructions and SOPs.

  • Demonstrated ability to correctly use hand tools and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated progress towards formal training or education.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with quality assurance standards and practices.

  • Experience drafting work instructions and SOPs.



Compensation:

Pay Range:

$21.20 - $29.15

Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
