Technical Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

● Overall accountability and leadership for complex technology projects, ensuring successful and timely implementations and achievement of business objectives.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for your team or area, delivering accurate status updates and project data to the appropriate audiences at the right time.

● Build and manage relationships with the project sponsor, senior management, and a wide range of project contributors, ensuring clear and consistent communication

● Identify key barriers and risks to a project success, proactively managing all mitigation activities

● Plan, develop, and execute project schedules to meet project deadlines and milestones.

● Adhere to defined implementation methodologies, including leveraging established escalation channels when needed.

● Translate business cases and functional requirements to technical requirements

● Maintain timely and effective communication with project teams throughout the project life cycle

● Monitor and manage project budgets and revenue to ensure financial accountability

● Acquire a deep understanding of platform capabilities and intended use cases

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinating effectively across roles to drive project success.

● Provide actionable and measurable insights into new products, processes, standards or plans in support of business objectives

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and efficiency.

● Mentor and guide junior Project Managers, fostering team development.

Must Have

● Proven Technical client-facing implementation experience

● Advanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the areas of strategy, planning, project management, development processes and techniques.

● Experience with structured methodology and project planning tools.

● Listening, oral, written and presentation skills and effective interpersonal skills.

● Organizational, planning, and multitasking skills

● Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a solid track record of cultivating strong internal and external relationships.

● Demonstrate high ethical standards and values that foster trust within teams.

● Existing knowledge of how technical integrations work, including understanding of how APIs are utilized

● Proficiency with the use of LLM in a role of Project Manager

Nice to Have

● Knowledge of Loyalty Platforms

● Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
