»  Creating and maintaining project plan based on requirements document for fixed-cost or progressive projects.

»       Managing scrum team, ensuring effective cooperation and collaboration among team members.

»       Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

»       Following Agile methodologies by conducting daily and weekly meetings to enhance communication and maximize productivity.

»       Reviewing sprint outcome and following up on demos for various stakeholders.

»       Ensuring efficient use of resources and appropriate task division among team leaders.

»       Collaborating with business analyst to develop documentation and technical guides for end users.

»       Promoting company and project standards in all deliverables.

»       Preparing status reports and conducting regular project status meetings with team members.

»       Communicating with other PMs to ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies

»       Delivery oriented and multi-tasking skills.

RequirementsRequirements

»      BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

»       Minimum 8 years of experience

»      Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

»       Delivery oriented and multi-tasking skills.

»       Strong communication and reporting skills.
