This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical coordination, stakeholder communication, and repeatable delivery excellence.

Your Role

As a TPM at Socure, you’ll be responsible for:

  1. Implementation Project Ownership
Lead and manage technical implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring customer goals and Socure’s time-to-value (TTR) targets are met.

  2. Triage & Issue Resolution
Coordinate the resolution of install-based requests raised by Solutions Consultants (SCs), Support, Account Managers (AMs), and customers.

  3. Upgrade & Migration Coordination
Drive platform, model, and solution migrations in close partnership with product and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with new product releases and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Own end-to-end delivery for implementation and upgrade projects

  • Define requirements, scope, and delivery milestones with customers and internal teams

  • Build and maintain project plans, track timelines, and manage risk

  • Coordinate QA, production readiness, and go-live support

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the primary delivery contact for assigned customers

  • Run weekly status calls, project checkpoints, and delivery retrospectives

  • Escalate blockers proactively and communicate dependencies clearly

  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Solutions to drive a cohesive customer experience

Technical Collaboration

  • Translate business goals into technical requirements and implementation plans

  • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and integration teams

  • Support triage of technical issues and track resolution progress

  • Ensure all work aligns with Socure’s platform architecture and best practices

Process Optimization

  • Contribute to standardized delivery processes (kickoff templates, QA protocols, milestone frameworks)

  • Improve onboarding workflows and post-go-live tracking

  • Use project tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite) to keep execution organized and auditable

What You Bring
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical project management, implementation, or delivery roles

  • Strong knowledge of SaaS delivery processes and API-based integrations

  • Comfort working across technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and reading technical documentation

  • Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or other project management platforms

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methods

Why Join Socure Now

You’ll be joining at a pivotal time - Socure is migrating hundreds of customers to RiskOS and delivering new product capabilities across the fraud, compliance, and identity landscape. As a TPM, you’ll be instrumental in scaling this transformation and helping customers realize value faster, more consistently, and with greater confidence.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
