We are a growing managed services provider looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Managed Cloud Services (MCS) team! This role will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology products for our MSP clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients, our MCS team, vendors and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource schedules and budgets, lead end-to-end project delivery including initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and closeout.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, service level agreements and quality standards
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, executives, and technical teams, serving as point of contact and manage client expectations, communicate project progress, risks, issues and milestones clearly and effectively
- Collaborate with engineers, solutions architects and service delivery teams to define technical requirements and project scope
- Coordinate implementations involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Infrastructure, Network and security solutions, data center migrations, backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve client satisfaction, project delivery, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to the development and refinement of project management methodologies and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant Project Management experience
- 3-5 years of project management experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Proven experience managing cloud, infrastructure, security, and migration projects
- Experience within a Managed Services Provider environment, using project management and ticketing tools
- Strong understanding of ITIL, service delivery, and MSP operational models
- Experience with Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments
- Microsoft certifications in Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, or Modern Work a plus
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or Agile certification a plus
- Experience with HaloPSA a plus
