○ Lead and manage IT and DevOps projects for multiple overseas game development studios.
○ Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
○ Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
● Studio Relationship Management:
○ Serve as the primary IT point of contact for studio producers and leadership.
○ Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between IT services and studio needs.
● Contractor & Resource Management:
○ Oversee onsite IT contractors, ensuring accountability and high performance.
○ Coordinate task assignments and monitor progress on studio support activities.
● DevOps & LiveOps Leadership
○ Experience managing game development, LiveOps, and IT program management in a studio environment.
○ Strong background in incident response, postmortems, and service reliability improvements for live games.
○ Ability to coordinate DevOps initiatives between engineers, QA, and studio teams.
○ Skilled in organizing and facilitating DevOps meetings, including agenda preparation, action items, and follow-ups.
● Cloud & Infrastructure Expertise
○ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
○ Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Argo, Helm) for seamless game updates and deployments.
○ Knowledge of on-premise virtualization platforms and hybrid cloud solutions for game hosting.
○ Experience optimizing CI/CD workflows to improve build stability and deployment efficiency.
● Cross-Team Communication:
○ Act as a communications hub by aggregating issues and feedback from Slack and ensuring all stakeholders stay aligned and informed.
○ Strong communication skills for coordinating with global teams and executive stakeholders.

● Tools Management:
○ Maintain project tools (Jira, Notion): keep sprint boards updated, ensure feature specs and processes are documented in Notion, and organize all tracking systems.
● IT Asset & Software Management:
○ Assist in hardware lifecycle management (laptops, peripherals, accessories).
○ Track and manage software licenses, installations, and compliance.
○ Support IT Asset Management (ITAM) activities in ServiceNow.
● Communication & Reporting:
○ Prepare and present PowerPoint slides for leadership updates, studio meetings, and project reviews.
○ Maintain clear and structured project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
● 5+ years of experience in IT project management; prior experience in gaming or entertainment industry preferred.
● Strong knowledge of IT operations, DevOps practices, and software development environments.
● Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and tools (ServiceNow experience preferred).
● Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and studio leadership.
● Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion, MS Project).
● Skilled in preparing professional PowerPoint presentations for executives and stakeholders.
● PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar project management certifications preferred.
● Preferred Qualifications
○ Prior experience in AAA or mobile game development studios.
○ Familiarity with game engine workflows (Unity, Unreal) and backend services.
○ Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and automation tools.

US-California-Los AngelesThe expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $108,200.00 to $251,200.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year.
