About the role


As a Technical Project Manager at Auxo, you will be responsible for overseeing the team and processes that deliver complex, enterprise-grade applications. In this role y​​ou will work closely with UX/UI, Solutions Architects, Application Engineers and QA to deliver the highest quality implementation experience and applications to our customers. The ideal candidates are resourceful problem solvers who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in any part of the process, with a background in managing client engagements, technical project management, and/or solution delivery. You are the type of person that naturally finds a way to get things done, and done correctly.


What you'll do

  • Manage custom Software Solution projects from requirement gathering through delivery and support, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring open communication channels at all times.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to guide the design and implementation of no-code applications tailored to client needs.
  • Drive project delivery, ensuring all technical aspects are handled effectively and risks are mitigated.
  • Proactively identify dependencies and blockers at all levels and seek to eliminate them.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to the strategic planning and execution of company goals.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Technical Project Manager; specifically working with enterprise custom software solutions (usually 2-3 projects at a time max).
  • Professional experience working as a client-facing Project Manager.
  • Proven success in managing complex projects to successful completion.
  • A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and ability to leverage it in a delivery environment.
  • Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence; Lucid chart experience is a plus.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master preferred.
  • Experience working in Insurtech and/or Fintech strongly preferred.
