This role sits within TabaPay’s Product and Technology organizations. The Technical Project Coordinator will support cross-functional initiatives by assisting with planning, tracking, documentation, and communication across multiple teams. You’ll play a key role in helping projects run smoothly and ensuring stakeholders stay informed.

What We’re Looking For
This position will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering & QA, Operations, Security, and Implementation Management to support project coordination efforts.

A strong candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technical environment. You are proactive about following up, tracking action items, and ensuring alignment across teams. You enjoy collaborating, learning how systems and processes work, and helping others stay organized.

This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who wants to grow within a technology organization.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of technical and cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Monitor project progress and generate regular updates for leadership and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project requirements and priorities.
    • Facilitate meetings to track project progress, align on deliverables, and resolve issues.
    • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity in communication.
    • Support leadership in managing project portfolios, prioritizing initiatives, and tracking key deliverables.
    • Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining key decision logs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
    • 1–3 years of experience supporting projects within a technology organization.
    • Familiarity with software development environments or technical teams.
    • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred.
    • Experience with JIRA required; familiarity with project management and reporting tools.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on execution and follow-through.

The pay range for this position is $90,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
