Technical Program Manager at Sei Labs
Sei Labs is currently looking for our first Technical Program Manager to own the successful integrations of projects looking to build on the Sei Blockchain. You’ll own the delivery of strategic ecosystem initiatives and core technical projects. You’ll work daily with our Head of Engineering and Product helping balance engineering milestones with integrations and partnerships work.
What You'll Do
- Program Strategy: Provide strategic and technical guidance to the engineering team, ensuring successful project execution in close collaboration with the Head of Engineering and Tech Leads.
- Project Coordination: Work with the Head of Engineering to deliver technical projects, identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and prioritizing resources.
- Risk Management: Work with teams to Identify, assess, and mitigate timeline risks.
- Develop mitigations and strategies for continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product and Growth teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Create a dynamic and accountable environment with minimal necessary processes like roadmaps, milestones, and regular team meetings.
- Nurture an engineering culture of ownership, trust, and high performance and oversee the development of individual contributors and team leaders.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in the Web3 or blockchain industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Ethereum-based blockchains and applications.
- Solid understanding of systems architecture design and blockchain technology, especially Ethereum.
- Proven ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
