TL;DR

We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager to bring clarity, structure, and coordination to how we plan, build, and ship. You’ll partner closely with the Vice President of Product as a thought partner to shape delivery practices, prioritize where program management can have the most impact, and streamline collaboration between Product and Engineering.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Agile/Scrum Management

  • Drive Agile ceremonies
    • Think: daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align on sprint goals, review stories, and ensure DoR
  • Partner with engineering and product leads on project and feature planning
  • Lead bug triage and track issue status across sprints
  • Monitor and report on Agile KPIs (e.g., velocity, burndown) and sprint capacity forecasts
  • Proactively identify and remove team impediments

Program Management

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define MVP scope and plan follow-up releases
  • Collect estimates, track milestones, and monitor progress against timelines and budgets
  • Own change management, risk assessments, and release coordination
  • Create and manage communication plans (syncs, stakeholder updates, wikis, follow-ups)
  • Capture and execute on action items to drive accountability and ensure program success

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong communication with stakeholders cross function and org levels
  • Proven experience in an Agile/Technical Program Management function
  • Ability to multi-task in a high velocity startup environment 
  • Ability to run with agile ceremonies, capacity planning, delivery processes, and automating status delivery
  • Delivery Tools like Jira, Notion, or similar

  • Proven success as a TPM skilled in agile methodologies / scrum master

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Estimated base salary range $110,000 - 160,000 plus annual discretionary bonus.
    • Exact compensation for this role depends on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, internal equity, market data, and location.
