The Role

You Will
- Own and maintain the global GTM tooling roadmap across Block, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term platform strategy.
- Act as the DRI and delivery lead for high-impact initiatives on the roadmap, shepherding them from conception through execution.
- Coordinate technical discovery, requirements gathering, and systems design in partnership with Engineering, Product, and GTM stakeholders.
- Identify cross-functional dependencies, manage risks, and proactively resolve blockers across multiple initiatives.
- Ensure a consistent and scalable approach to GTM tooling-optimizing workflows, reducing duplication, and improving system usability for internal teams.
- Translate business objectives into clear technical deliverables and milestones.
- Track and communicate progress to senior stakeholders, surfacing roadblocks, trade-offs, and resourcing gaps as needed.
- Develop and operationalize scalable program management practices across the GTM tooling portfolio.
- Facilitate global coordination across time zones to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Influence broader systems architecture by representing the needs of GTM teams in technical planning forums.
You Have
- 8+ years of experience in technical program or delivery management roles, preferably in fintech or regulated industries
- Experience driving large-scale programs across multiple stakeholders and technical systems.
- Technical acumen, with experience working with software engineering teams on systems design and architecture.
- Experience building and managing roadmaps for platform or systems programs, especially GTM, RevOps, or CRM-related tooling (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, and internal build tools).
- Ability to synthesize complexity for a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity and momentum in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices, APIs, data infrastructure, and common GTM tech stacks.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
