We seek a motivated Technical Program Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of key business outcomes. As a Technical Program Manager at Signifyd, you'll be at the forefront of protecting and growing e-commerce businesses in the face of fraud and abuse, while enabling seamless customer experiences and insights. 

In this role, you'll:

  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that directly impact our customers' success
  • Work on complex technical initiatives that protect billions in e-commerce transactions in a fast-paced, growing fintech company
  • Partner with engineering, product, and data science teams to build scalable fraud prevention solutions
  • Grow your career while developing expertise in e-commerce, fraud prevention, and technical leadership

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own project scope, goals, and key milestones for your initiatives
  • Proactively track and manage issues, risks, and project dependencies
  • Understand technical capabilities and limitations to make informed decisions
  • Drive clarity by breaking down complex problems and asking thoughtful questions
  • Build trust and strong relationships with stakeholders across different teams
  • Use data and metrics to ground expectations and track progress
  • Create and maintain clear artifacts and visuals to drive alignment on project details
  • Keep customer needs in mind and leverage product input to ensure valuable solutions
  • Work with managers and teammates to ensure project alignment and adapt plans as needed
  • Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented environment for your teammates and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of experience in a Program Management, Technical Project Management, or related technical role
  • Experience managing software development projects, ideally within an agile environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable with basic technical concepts and a willingness to learn more
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with cloud services and technologies, a plus
  • Exposure to building analytics products or services, a plus
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning or Data Science concepts, a plus
