Drive the future of global operations as the Technical Program Manager leading our Product, Quality, and NPI digital transformation within Global Supply Chain Operations. In this highly visible role, you will lead the Product Dimension workstream for our Supply Chain and Order Management SAP ERP implementation, partnering with NPI, Product Engineering, Product Data Management, Manufacturing Test and SKU Lifecycle Management teams to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and deliver capabilities that support critical product-related business processes. You bring experience leading complex ERP implementations and deep knowledge of manufacturing operations, product engineering, manufacturing test, Bill of Materials (BOM), New Product Introduction (NPI), SKU lifecycle management, and Configure-to-Order (CTO) environments. Your mission is to drive execution, ensure milestone achievement, and help deliver a successful SAP go-live.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own Workstream Execution: Lead the deployment of the Product Dimension workstream, ensuring seamless integration of product master data, Bill of Materials (BOM), and SKU lifecycle capabilities with our broader ERP ecosystem.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with NPI, Product Engineering, and Product Data Management teams to run design workshops and requirement sessions, translating business goals into robust system capabilities.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with GPOs, functional leaders, SAP solution architects, and external systems integrators to ensure all product, quality, and NPI requirements are accurately supported and delivered.
- Optimize Business Impact: Target KPIs centered on data integrity, NPI cycle time, and quality management by designing high-performing product configuration and SKU lifecycle workflows.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Support complex Configure-to-Order (CTO) business flows, ensuring tight integration across manufacturing test operations, product lifecycle processes, and NPI processes
- ERP & PLM Program Leadership: Comprehensive expertise leading enterprise-level SAP implementations (such as S/4HANA) or major PLM transformations as a technical program manager or workstream lead.
- Hardware Product & NPI Expertise: Understanding of engineering, manufacturing test operations, and how Bill of Materials (BOM) within Configure-to-Order (CTO) high-tech hardware environments work.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Proven ability to translate complex, ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions while driving execution and accountability across global, matrixed engineering and supply chain teams.
- Program Governance & Deployment: Project management methodologies required to lead functional workshops, coordinate rigorous data migration testing, orchestrate UAT, and mitigate deployment risks for large-scale system integrations.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
