Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise integration initiatives using MuleSoft or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role focuses on end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder collaboration, risk management, and ensuring secure, scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead integration programs using MuleSoft/OIC from planning through delivery
Manage governance, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution
Oversee program budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization (CapEx/OpEx)
Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and compliance standards
Implement metrics, dashboards, and reports for leadership visibility
Drive Agile/DevOps practices and strong communication across teams

Qualifications:

8+ years in Program/Project Management with integration experience
Hands-on with MuleSoft or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Strong skills in Agile, DevOps, and stakeholder engagement
Experience managing budgets and enterprise-level integrations
