Technical Product Owner (Remote)

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Technical Product Owner to lead the evolution of our ERP integrations. In this role, you will analyze business systems and user needs, define product requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our broader business objectives. You will serve as the bridge between product strategy and technical execution, ensuring that our ERP integrations deliver maximum value to our customers.

Your role in our future 

• Translate product strategy into features that enhance ERP integrations and drive customer value. 

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with engineering, focusing on ROI and business impact.

• Gather and document requirements through customer insights, turning them into clear user stories and product specifications.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, from development through QA and release.

• Communicate scope changes, timelines, and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your profile 

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in a software development environment.

• Proven success managing full product lifecycles and delivering customer-centric solutions.

• Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience or understanding of software development and web technologies.

• Skilled in Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration within matrixed organizations.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is preferred.

This position has a salary range of $72,800.00 - 87,300.00 CAD Annual.
