As a Technical Product Manager, you will: 

  • Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for product portfolio.  
  • Lead the execution of the roadmap and release objectives.  
  • Manage product lifecycle processes including product discovery, planning, and launch.  
  • Work with customers to promote the product, understand customer needs, and drive adoption.  
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand, prioritize, and communicate needs to ensure a full understanding of roadmap themes and requirements.  
  • Work with Engineering leaders to direct high-performance teams and ensure the success of product delivery.  
  • Work closely with product marketing to define and implement a Go-To-Market strategy   
  • Other duties include scheduling and leading portfolio meetings to identify and prioritize product issues, manage product roadmaps, and complete daily tasks to meet project deadlines. 

Requirements
  • 5+ years of related product management experience at a technology company.  
  • Experience interpreting customer’s business needs and translating them into application requirements.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.  
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.  
  • Strong understanding of technical designs, architecture, and technical specifications.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills at both strategic and tactical levels.  
  • Team player: the ability to interface and build relationships at all levels (vertically and horizontally across functions).   
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.   
  • Agile & Scrum process experience.  

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
