The Technical Product Manager drives the strategic vision, collaborates with teams, manages project lifecycles, and ensures alignment with business goals, particularly within technology services.

We’re seeking a dynamic Product Manager who will be pivotal in defining and driving the strategic vision, roadmap, and feature development of our products. Do:
- Define, manage, and execute project strategies, ensuring alignment with Summit’s business goals and product objectives, particularly within technology services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver innovative products and solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring progress and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while maintaining high quality and meeting deliverable deadlines.
- Establish and track project goals and performance indicators to ensure successful product and project outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, key milestones, and any risks or issues.
- Use data and customer feedback to refine project execution and drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage your expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and product lifecycle management in technology services to shape our product strategy.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence project management tools to keep projects on track and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
Deliver:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and design teams to align product features with business objectives and ensure seamless project execution.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure the successful launch of products with effective go-to-market strategies.
- Evaluate project performance using analytics and customer feedback, adjusting as needed to improve outcomes.
- Identify areas for process improvement, optimization, and expansion within the project lifecycle and across cross-functional teams.
- Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with both customer and business needs, ensuring clarity in project goals and deliverables.
- Leverage your technical expertise in technology services, Data Centers, Private Cloud, and Networking to make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

- 2-5 years of experience in project management or related roles, with a strong understanding of managing projects from initiation to delivery, particularly within technology services (e.g., Data Center, Private Cloud, Networking).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage teams and project timelines.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across departments.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to advocate for customer needs while balancing business objectives and technical constraints.
- Technical acumen with an understanding of technology, product development, and the project lifecycle within a business context.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with the Pragmatic product management framework and related methodology.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with enterprise software or SaaS product management.
- Advanced data analytics skills to drive decision-making.

Salary: $87k - $115,000K
