We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager - Senior to join our Platform Product team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, has a proven track record of managing technical or platform products, and knows how to drive outcomes across complex systems and organizations.

As a Technical Product Manager - Senior, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for core platform capabilities that power our product portfolio. You’ll partner closely with engineering, architecture, security, and functional product teams to build scalable, reliable, and extensible solutions that improve developer experience, reduce time-to-market, and increase overall system efficiency.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES 

  • Own the product lifecycle for one or more core platform capabilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and product teams to deeply understand technical needs and business context.

  • Drive requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization for foundational services and systems.

  • Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear product narratives and development plans.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, observable, and supportable from day one.

  • Define KPIs and success metrics for platform adoption, performance, and efficiency.

  • Build alignment across stakeholders, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform vision.

Basic Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years owning technical or platform products.

  • 8+ years experience showing a deep understanding of how platform capabilities (e.g., infrastructure, deployment, observability, authentication, APIs) drive product success.

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or similar technical focus

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • 3 + Years Healthcare industry experience 

  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams and influence without authority in a matrixed environment.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to tailor messages to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong technical acumen; able to engage with engineers and architects in deep technical discussions.

  • Experience working with internal developer platforms or building foundational services used across multiple product teams.

  • Proven track record of managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and technical constraints.


***The US base salary range for this full-time position is:

$150,289.00 - $225,434.00
