The Opportunity
As a Technical Product Manager Lead, you will drive software and product innovation, focusing on developing advanced software solutions to meet client needs. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will combine technical skills with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products that enhance business performance. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams.
In this role, you will design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. Your ability to direct teams through complexity and demonstrate composure in challenging situations will contribute to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing product lifecycle from concept to launch, confirming alignment with client needs and business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, code, and test applications that enhance user experiences
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to develop and maintain software applications
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality across platforms
- Applying systems thinking to identify and address underlying problems and opportunities within software projects
- Directing teams through complex challenges, maintaining composure in ambiguous and uncertain situations
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine and improve software solutions
- Promoting continuous integration and delivery practices to enhance software development efficiency
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
