Technical Product Manager (AI)
General Purpose of the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative AI Technical Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of cutting-edge artificial intelligence products. This role involves driving the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver AI-driven solutions that enhance user experiences and deliver measurable value.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead in an agile with scrum development methodology developing software: define Epics, Features and User stories, actively participate in Kaizen and Sprint process and manage cost, feature, and schedule tradeoffs throughout the development cycle

Establish interface with cross-functional teams of domain experts, Product Directors, program management, and application development teams in a new product development/enhancement process. Work closely with data scientists and engineering teams to ensure successful integration of AI technologies into products.

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate product performance, leveraging analytics to drive improvements.

Identify market opportunities and customer pain points to shape AI product features and capabilities.
Education and Experience
-
8 - 10 years' experience in Product Management
-
Bachelor's Degree required
Specialized Experience, Training, Education, or Qualifications
-
5 years' experience with Agile enterprise software development
-
3 years' experience with Requirements Analysis or Analyst Experience
-
Experience working with systems of complex workflows and configurations
-
Healthcare Information systems and clinical user experience
-
Experience writing requirements for a software application

Salary/ Wage Range
$91,000.00 - $133,700.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
