The Technical Product Manager will oversee the integration and deployment of machine learning models, aligning product vision with technical delivery while ensuring data accuracy and software scalability.
            Clear Capital is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to partner with our Director of Analytics Products in driving the next generation of Automated Valuations and AI-powered real estate solutions. This role bridges product vision with technical execution, ensuring our analytics are accurate, scalable and market leading.
The Technical Product Manager,  will focus on technical delivery, integrations, and machine learning model deployment in collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. You will report to the Director of Analytics Products, while gathering the needs from both internal and external market participants to shape clean data and software solutions to modernize the valuation space. 
What You Will Work On
- Translate business/product requirements into technical specifications and stories with acceptance criteria.
 - Work closely with engineering and machine learning teams on data sourcing, model training/validation, and deployment strategies.
 - Own the backlog and execution tracking for all analytics products.
 - Balance new product development and feature enhancements with technical health (performance, security, scalability)
 - Create feature guides, internal training material, and source material for customer-facing content.
 - Support regulatory and accuracy validation requirements for valuation models.
 - Serve the Analytics product team as a technical counterpart to ensure clarity and alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
 
Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ years Agile product management experience with a focus on AI and derived analytics products.
 - Strong technical background and ability to engage deeply with our engineering team on APIs, data pipelines, ML Lifecycle, system design trade-offs etc.
 - Experience with developer-facing focused products and integrations.
 - Exceptional communication skills for developing technical requirements with strong ability to communicate the why to business stakeholders.
 - Strong collaboration skills and experience balancing user value and technical health.
 - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
 - Experience in real estate, fintech or regulated industries is highly desirable.
 
What You Can Expect
- Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $101,000 to $129,000 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
