Position Summary:Terray Therapeutics is seeking a motivated, creative, and experienced Technical Operations Manager/Senior Manager. As an integral member of our Operations team, the candidate will support a variety of workstreams including technical project management, strategic operations, site management, and high impact ad hoc projects. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated a track record of excellence with an ability to deliver in a self-directed entrepreneurial environment.


The core responsibilities of this job will be:

  • Technical project management (50%): You will be a part of the R&D efforts to ensure we are delivering best-in-class execution. This individual will act as the technical facilitator between multiple groups distilling requirements, working with project leads and group managers to ensure they meet project deliverables.
  • Strategic Operations (20%): Supporting the company across a variety of operational initiatives. These can include inventory management, finance modeling, and site improvements.
  • Facility Management (15%): Ensure that we are maintaining a world class and safe workplace.
  • Continuous Improvement & Ad Hoc Projects (15%): Continuous improvement projects that contribute to different company objectives.

Required Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of Technical Project Management and Operational Excellence, or similar experience in a high growth organization.
  • Education in chemistry, biology, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction across concurrent projects.
  • A great work ethic and impeccable integrity.
  • Exhibits sound judgment and keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in a startup or ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to work well under timelines to provide results.
  • Responsive and clear written and verbal communications.


Compensation Details: Manager level: $133,500 - $172,000 annually. Senior Manager level: 160,000 - 194,000 annually. Dependent on experience. Terray’s salary ranges are designed to be competitive and are benchmarked against market base salary plus bonus within our industry and market. We align pay to role scope, skill level, and impact.
