We’re looking for a highly skilled and versatile Technical Operations Engineer to join our team and support our Mission Autonomy product line. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for both the hardware and software aspects of our system, working directly with customers in the field and remotely to ensure seamless integration and operation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Provide end-to-end support for our Mission Autonomy systems, including hardware setup and software configuration.
- Pre-configure systems and ensure seamless integration with customer infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time, applying analytical thinking and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Manage both low-voltage and high-voltage electrical components, ensuring reliability and safety.
- Work with deployed systems such as Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring smooth operation and updates.
- Administer and maintain Linux systems across all of our products, serving as a subject matter expert in systems administration.
- Utilize strong networking skills.
- Strong experience with Linux system administration.
- Proficiency with containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Knowledge of electrical systems, both low-voltage and high-voltage.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate with customers and team members.
- Military background and active security clearance (or eligibility) is a significant plus.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%.
- Proficient in working with hands and tools to assemble, repair, and maintain technical hardware in the field.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
- Prior maritime/Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) experience.
- Engine/car maintenance experience (mechanic skills).
