Stack Influence is a VC-funded creator marketplace app connecting eCommerce brands with everyday social media users. We are a high-growth, remote-first startup. 

This role has executive potential as you will report to both the CEO and CTO and be involved with operations across all departments. We are looking for a generalist that has both business acumen and technical skills.

Salary is between $125-175k USD, plus equity to be negotiated. 

Responsibilities:

  • Use SQL, Excel, and analytics tools to extract insights and monitor key performance metrics of product and operations.
  • Lead and implement initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. Customer Success, Marketing, Sales) to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Lead rollouts of new products, features and process changes, ensuring effective launch and post-launch feedback and iteration.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product and Design to optimize workflows.
  • Design and run experiments to optimize product and operational performance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in strategy, operations, product, engineering or analytics roles with a technical execution focus.
  • Expert-level SQL and data analytics skills. Experience with forecasting models and market analytics a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to transform complex technical data into strategic business insights.
  • Hands-on backend development experience building data integrations and ETL processes with low-code and AI tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for efficiency, process automation, and continuous improvement.
