Job Responsibilities

The Technical Marketing Analyst at plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, trade shows, customer events, and day-to-day marketing initiatives. This position helps ensure projects are organized, materials are prepared, and deliverables are executed on time while maintaining brand consistency across all channels. This role works closely with the Technical Sales Director and Chief Commercial Officer and broader leadership team to coordinate activities across campaigns, content, events, and operational initiatives. The Industrial Marketing Coordinator helps move projects from planning through execution while maintaining visibility into timelines, deliverables, and marketing assets.
This position is well-suited for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys turning plans into execution and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Administer company websites (WordPress) 
  • Create product data sheets and other marketing materials. 
  • Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channel
  • Track campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting activities
  • Assist with planning and preparation for trade shows, conferences, customer visits, and company event


Skills Required

    • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event support, or a related role
    • Must be experienced building and administering WordPress websites
    • Must be technical enough to create industrial data sheets using information from engineers
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work within established brand guidelines and processes
    • Working knowledge of graphic design, preferably using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing or project management tools
    • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and processes
    • Ability to receive feedback, ask questions, and continuously improve
    • Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
    • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
    • This position is production-oriented and the successful candidate should be comfortable in a high volume, busy, industrial work setting.
