Position Title: Technical Lead

Location: 318 Seaboard Lane, Ste. 110, Franklin, TN 37067

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the AHM Solutions development team in planning work for current sprint, and analysing requirements received from the client. Participate in client based discussions regarding requirements, and corresponding CM/DM and MAHP capabilities. 
  • Complete a feasibility and impact analysis on the requirements and corresponding CM/DM and MAHP capabilities to be received by the client. Develop DB architecture and DB changes for all relevant components. 
  • Investigate and provide the best possible customized solutions for any production issues that are reported by the client.
  • Train new AHM Solutions team members in conducting TQ reviews, and client reviews. 
  • Handle production support tickets, investigate, and provide solutions for any configuration elated issues on different application environments. 
  • Perform code review for developers requiring a sophisticated understanding of CM/DM and MAHP principles & standards. 
  • Develop features or addressing tickets, requiring complex, advanced knowledge of CMDM and MAHP platform.
  • Involve in .Net coding, client-side coding, and DB related work. 
  • Train team members on the understanding of current implementation and applications, relevant to the CM/DM and MAHP. 
  • Ensure sprint deliverables reach on time with no issues and conduct interviews to identify the right skill set for the projects in the account. 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronics 
  • Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in 
  • the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: 
  • GKE; Java; Spring boot; React JS; Postgres SQL; .NET; .NET Core; MS SQL; Redis; 
  • Jenkins; APIGEE, and GitHub. Travel to unanticipated client locations, throughout the 
  • U.S., approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
