As Total Expert continues to capture market share and expand into adjacent financial services, this role is crucial to supporting the large number of software providers within the ecosystem to continue to drive value for our clients and deliver the perfect customer journey.
We are seeking a Technical Integration Manager to lead and coordinate technology-driven projects within our expanding ecosystem. This role is crucial in managing project timelines, aligning technical initiatives with business goals, and ensuring seamless execution of integration solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between engineering teams and product managers of third-party providers with business stakeholders of Total Expert, driving efficiency and innovation in our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
· Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to define project scopes, milestones, and deliverables.
· Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive technical initiatives and manage dependencies.
· Develop and maintain standardized documentation for technical processes and integrations.
· Support system architects and engineers in deploying scalable solutions that enhance our technology ecosystem.
· Represent the organization in discussions with development partners and integration teams.
· Evaluate third-party solutions and ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
· Oversee risk assessment, issue resolution, and change management for technical projects.
· Serve as a subject matter expert on integrations for internal teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, implementation and support.
· Conduct regular project reviews, assess performance metrics, and drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
· 3+ years of technical project management experience, preferably in SaaS or software development environments.
· Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, and integration methodologies.
· Ability to document technical features and functionality for both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strategic mindset.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Passion for emerging technology trends and their applications within financial services.
· Entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
· Bachelor's degree in business management, technical related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions, DevOps, or Agile methodologies.
· Strong SQL skills for querying, data manipulation and database integration.
· Expertise with Workato or other iPass software.

Compensation/Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $145,000 annually. Final total compensation offered is dependent upon the selected individual's qualifications and experience. All regular full time employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance and other factors. As an employee of the company, you will be eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan.
