GoTo is seeking a dynamic and technically astute Technical Enablement Program Manager to spearhead the upskilling of our customer-facing teams—including Direct Sales, Partner Managers, and key channel Partners—across our IT Support SaaS portfolio: Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. Your mission: design, deliver, and measure impactful enablement programs that accelerate technical confidence, application expertise, and business value acumen, driving deeper, more effective customer engagements.
Your Day to Day
As a Technical Enablement Program Manager, you would be working on:
- Identify Technical Enablement Needs: Collaborate closely with Sales, Partner, Solutions Consulting, Product, and Customer Success leaders to uncover knowledge gaps, technical pain points, and opportunities to enhance value selling and technical fluency within our go-to-market teams.
- Develop & Deploy Enablement Programs: Architect and execute comprehensive enablement initiatives—including training, role plays, workshop series, playbooks, and continuous learning paths—tailored for diverse audiences and delivery modalities (live, virtual, on-demand).
- Drive Technical Expertise: Stay at the forefront of RMM, MDM, ITSM technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Translate timely insights into relevant, actionable enablement content that elevates team performance and customer outcomes.
- Measure Impact: Define clear metrics and feedback loops to assess the business impact of enablement programs—track knowledge adoption, technical application, and downstream pipeline/revenue influence. Use data to optimize and continuously iterate programming.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in lockstep with the core Enablement, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to amplify the effectiveness and reach of enablement content, ensuring seamless integration with broader organizational priorities.
- Champion Value Selling: Reinforce best practices in value-based discovery, consultative engagement, and solution storytelling to drive adoption, customer success, and differentiated market positioning.
- Empower Partner Ecosystem: Extend enablement strategies—and deliver compelling technical trainings—to Partner Managers and external partners, ensuring consistency of message and maximizing GTM leverage.
- Deliver with Excellence: Confidently facilitate enablement sessions for live and virtual teams globally, adapting approach for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
What We’re Looking For
As a echnical Enablement Program Manager, your background will look like:
- Proven technical expertise and credibility in SaaS, IT infrastructure, or endpoint management (e.g., RMM, MDM, ITSM).
- Track record of architecting and delivering impactful sales or technical enablement programs, preferably in a high-growth, cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders—including executives, sales leadership, technical presales, partners, and field professionals.
- Analytical mindset, with experience measuring, reporting, and optimizing learning outcomes and business impact.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills; adept at delivering complex concepts in an engaging, audience-appropriate manner.
- Passion for driving continuous learning, business acumen, and technical mastery across go-to-market organizations.

Annual Base Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $132,500.00The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
