Your Role

What You Will Do

  • Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production
  • Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives  
  • Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
  • Utilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts and iterative design solutions

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect preferred, but not required
  • 10+ years of related experience, including proven ability to deliver projects from beginning to end
  • Experience interpreting building code requirements in designs, coordination with consultants, and clear client communication during C.A.
  • Revit proficiency is required
  • Proficient in the use of 2D/3D software, including Revit, BIM360, Octane, SketchUp , Lumion,  Rhino, V-Ray, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Experience using and applying VR and/or AR as applicable to the architectural design process is a plus
  • Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes
  • Strong organizations skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • LEED accreditation a plus

*The base salary will be estimated between $107,000 - $138,000 annually, plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
