The Role
We’re seeking a Technical Delivery Lead with Wealth domain expertise—spanning product manufacturing, investment operations/back office, distribution, and front-office/advisor platforms. You’ll connect business strategy to complex tech landscapes (SDLC, Digital Engineering, Cloud, DevOps/SRE, Data/AI), shaping solutions that reduce cost, lift performance, and accelerate growth for Tier-1 financial institutions.
What You’ll Do
- Understand and Provide Tech support to end-to-end tech delivery across Wealth value chain
- Manufacturing: Fund/managed programs setup (models/UMA/SMA), rebalancing, performance/attribution, benchmarks & pricing, security master/MDM.
- Back Office: Trade capture→affirmation→settlement, corporate actions, reconciliations (IBOR/ABOR), fee billing, books & records, data quality/SOX controls.
- Distribution: Advisor + wholesaler portals, CRM (e.g., Salesforce FSC) integration, channel dashboards, marketing/compliance workflows, product shelf & KYP.
- Front Office: Advisor desktop, portfolio construction & proposal, risk profiling/suitability (Reg BI/Client Focused Reforms), digital onboarding/KYC/AML, OMS.
- Shape the target solution architecture across wealth domain areas: Domain-driven design, microservices & eventing (e.g., Kafka), API-led integration with custodians/clearers/TAs/market data (e.g., Pershing/Schwab/Fidelity; Bloomberg/Refinitiv; Broadridge/SS&C/SimCorp/Aladdin).
- Translate strategy to execution: Roadmaps, OKRs, budgets, vendor governance; lead cross-functional squads and manage risk/compliance throughout.
- Elevate teams: Mentor engineers/SMEs; establish playbooks, engineering standards, and measurable quality/performance gates.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven consulting/delivery leadership in Wealth Management across two or more domains (manufacturing, back office, distribution, front office).
- Strong technical fluency: SDLC, Digital Engineering, Platform Modernization, Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps/SRE, data modernization (lakehouse, MDM/security master), APIs & event streaming.
- Hands-on experience integrating with custodians/clearing, market data, and portfolio/ops platforms (e.g., Charles River /Eagle/SS&C/SimCorp/Broadridge).
- Executive-level stakeholder engagement (COO/CIO/Head of Wealth) and clear articulation of value (STP, latency, auth-rate, cost-to-serve).
- Regulatory awareness: KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, Reg BI/Client Focused Reforms, PIPEDA/OSFI.

- Cloud certs (AWS/Azure), API/streaming at scale, data quality & lineage tooling.
- Experience with Salesforce FSC, Appian/PEGA, or analytics/GenAI assistants for advisors/ops.
