  • We are seeking an experienced freelance technical content writer to create high-quality, engaging content that highlights our expertise in food safety and dietary supplements. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop informative and well-researched blog posts and white papers.

Scope

  • Commitment: 40 hours per week. 
  • Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

    What You’ll Do

    • Conduct research and interviews with SMEs to gather technical insights.
    • Write clear, accurate, and engaging content, including blog posts and white papers.
    • Optimize content for SEO, ensuring it is search-friendly and aligns with marketing goals.
    • Ensure content adheres to corporate branding, messaging, and tone guidelines.
    • Work collaboratively with internal marketing and technical teams for revisions.
    • Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines.

    What You’ll Need

    • Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in a STEM-related field.
    • Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging, reader-friendly content.
    • Experience collaborating with technical experts and conducting research-driven writing.
    • Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

    Bonus Points If You Have:

    • Experience in food safety, supplements, or microbiology industries.
    • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
    • Previous experience writing for B2B technical audiences.

    What to Expect

    • Approximately 100 content pieces to be created within six months.
    • Writers will be paired with SMEs for interviews and research support.
    • Content types will include long-form blogs and white papers.
    • Writers will receive guidelines and content objectives to maintain consistency.
    • You will report to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, who will coordinate content development and approvals.
