Role SummarySeeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with expertise in AI Agents, Integrations, Reports, Data Migration, AI-enabled HR solutions, and Workflow Automation. The candidate will design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions while driving intelligent automation and digital HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and support AI Agents, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BIP/OTBI reports
- Configure and optimize Oracle BPM Workflows, and Process Automation.
- Support data migration, reporting, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HCM solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices, security, and governance standards.
- 10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM technical experience.
- Expertise in Oracle AI & Workflows is a must.
- Strong understanding of Core HR, ORC, Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Management, and Benefits.
- Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BI Publisher, and APIs.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
