We are constantly growing and looking for a Technical Consultant / DITA Architect to support our mission to realize better digital experiences for some of the world’s leading brands.
As a Technical Consultant / DITA Architect your responsibilities will include:

  • Technical design: define the functional and technical architecture, facilitate workshops, create the technical framework, and reports
  • Writing general and detailed user stories
  • Pre-sales (pricing, proposing solutions, demos, blogs, webinars)
  • Customer support and training
  • Monitoring development (sharing technical expertise, supervision, configuration, etc.)

Requirements
  • You have 5-7 years of experience in the field of XML and preferably in structured documentation
  • You have a Master's degree in a relevant area
  • You are detail oriented, and have strong verbal and writing skills
  • You have experience in XML technologies, such as Xpath, XSLT, XSD, Xquery, XProc
  • You have strong knowledge of DITA
  • You are familiar with XML authoring tools and CCMS technologies (especially DITA compatible), as well as publishing technologies and portals
  • Experience with Fluid Topics is a plus
