This position supports the organization through its product and technical submission and certification processes. This position will be responsible for coordinating technical and regulatory submissions according to regulatory requirements with a high degree of accuracy. Through this process, you will gain exposure to the product lifecycle for complex, enterprise-level gaming solutions. You will gain invaluable experience in a publicly traded company, working with nearly every department, serving as a resource to support product and market launches. You will be immersed in a highly supportive, constantly learning and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Executes submission requirements for all current jurisdictions’ products and internal controls-related documents consistently and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proactively assess and identify potential compliance risks and recommend solutions to ensure adherence to evolving regulations.
  • Engage with regulatory agencies or independent test labs to coordinate product testing/certification, support audits, or submit internal control documents for approval.
  • Evaluate and maintain procedures related to submission requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines and applicable regulations.
  • Complete periodic tasks and projects within regulatory deadlines.
  • Develop regulatory knowledge and keep abreast of regulatory procedures and changes related to submissions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on submission-related processes and provide consultative support to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory compliance processes to improve efficiency and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Understand hardware, games, systems, and any other general technical product concepts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Preferred experience interpreting and executing submission requirements using controlled processes and procedures.
  • Manage several projects using Jira concurrently while staying abreast of updates and action items.
  • Knowledge of the regulated Internet and Sports betting industry product and internal control submission process strongly preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of shifting priorities and/or projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently with colleagues locally and internationally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with diplomacy, self-assurance, and flexibility.
  • Associates Degree in a technology field, equivalent technical certifications, or relevant work experience in a similar capacity. #LI-REMOTE

The salary range reflects potential variations in experience, skills, and location. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and/or bonuses. For candidates outside the US (Canada, Europe, Latin America), we take a locally informed approach to compensation and will share specific ranges based on your country of residence.


Location Eligibility: Open to candidates across the US (except California, Washington, Maryland, and New York).
