About the Role

Responsibilities 

  • Manages data mapping and ETL processes between Fiserv and legacy systems to support accurate data transformation and migration.
  • Leverage deep Fiserv expertise to design scalable and efficient architectures tailored to Fiserv’s APIs, data models, and core banking integrations
  • Guide teams on best practices for integrating Fiserv services, ensuring high performance and security compliance
  • Rapidly identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in API calls, transaction processing, and data flows to enhance system reliability
  • Provide architectural consistency across all teams (pods), ensuring a unified approach to Fiserv integrations.

Show Us What You’ve Got 

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience: 

  • 5+ years technical Business Systems Analysis experience 
  • Experience working on projects in the Banking & Payments domain
  • Must have experience with data mapping, API specs, etc.
  • Ability to create Business Cases 
  • Experience with creation of EPICs, and writing of User Stories to align with the project plan and scope 
  • Independently leading sessions to gather information and requirements from key stakeholders 
  • Knowledge of process re-engineering will be an advantage 
  • Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, as well as others across the team/department 
  • Track record of developing and bringing innovative solutions to problems 
  • Ability to work across other related roles, for example Product Owner, as required 
  • Agile methodology experience 
  • Financial Services Industry experience
