As a Technical Architect, you'll be at the forefront of this transformation, working with our AI-enhanced tooling while guiding clients through complex data challenges. You'll define architecture, code hand in hand with agents, review code, and deliver solutions that exceed industry standards.

You will be immersing yourself in a contemporary data stack environment. While familiarity with tools like dbt, Snowflake, and BigQuery are vital, your ability to draw from broad experiences will be paramount.

What You’ll Do:

Technical Leadership

  • Be the go-to expert in the room of how we are going to implement the solution
  • Articulate and defend your recommendations
  • Doing what it takes to move the project toward its goals
  • Anticipate future problems and proactively mitigating them

Create Solutions

  • Evaluate and document a client’s current systems
  • Helping clients to realize their strategy and define their future roadmap
  • Design and recommend new systems architecture
  • Design the data architecture based on business requirements
  • Design custom engineering integrations and solutions

Hands On Execution

  • Build complex dbt implementations following medallion architecture patterns
  • Design and implement model contracts, versioning strategies, and frameworks
  • Conduct rigorous code reviews ensuring quality and testing coverage

What You’ll Need:

  • Expert-level dbt proficiency: Complex modeling, macros, testing strategies, model contracts, state comparison, and performance optimization
  • Deep cloud data warehouse experience: Extensive hands-on work with Snowflake AND BigQuery, including architecture, optimization, and advanced features
  • Advanced SQL mastery: Query optimization, complex transformations, and performance troubleshooting
  • Git proficiency: Branching strategies, PR workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development practices
  • Systems architecture: Proven experience designing and implementing scalable cloud-based data solutions
  • Modern ELT architecture: Solid understanding of medallion architecture and evolving best practices
  • Prompt engineering: Experience crafting detailed, effective prompts for LLMs
  • AI Experience: understanding of top models and how to effectively implement them in development workflows.

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly assess, strategize, and resolve high-stakes situations with calm precision and efficiency
  • Inquisitive with an attention to detail and ability to ask the right questions at the right time
  • Independently organized; self-starter; ability to work with minimal direction
  • Good communication / client facing skills / ability to work in a team environment
  • Enjoy learning new tools to better solve new challenges
