About the Role

As Chronosphere’s Channels and Alliance Program continues to build, you will be an instrumental contributor to its success. We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Technical Alliances & Program Manager to lead cross-functional technical initiatives while managing key external technology partnerships. This hybrid role requires a unique blend of partner relationship management, technical project oversight, and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with the Head of Channel and Alliances as well as other team members to execute on vision and strategy for the partner community. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver joint solutions with partners, drive strategic programs, and ensure alignment between internal goals and external capabilities. 

You Will 

(Technical Alliance Management)

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic technology partners.

  • Work with, evaluate and onboard new partners, including technical due diligence and alignment with product roadmaps.

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for partner integrations, joint go-to-market activities, and solution architecture.

  • Collaborate with partners on co-development, product enhancements, and technical enablement.

(Technical Program Management)

  • Drive the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional technical projects from inception through delivery.

  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones, working with engineering and product teams.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.

  • Facilitate communication across stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

You Have

  • 5+ years experience in a technical alliance management, technical program management, solutions engineering, or similar role.

  • Strong technical background (e.g., software engineering, systems architecture, or cloud infrastructure).

  • Experience working with APIs, SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise integration. 

  • Hands-on experience with CNCF products, including Prometheus, OTel, Kubernetes and Fluent Bit.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and drive outcomes with external partners.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Deep technical knowledge in the Observability space 

  • Encompasses the ability to collaborate, and build relationships 

  • Critical thinking skills

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Observability solutions, AI/ML, or cybersecurity.

  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
