We are currently seeking a Technical Advisor to join the Enverus team focused on RatedPower . This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions. Performance Objectives

  • Provide product expertise and engineering insights to customers via email or conference calls.
  • Optimize the designs of clients for better and more realistic results maximizing the value that the product delivers.
  • Provide world-class training sessions to both current and potential clients.
  • Be a team-player by mentoring fellow coworkers on best practices.
  • Partner with the Sales team to boost Rated Power's expansion in Oceania & Japan and retain our current client base in the market.
  • Attend industry events and collaborate with the Marketing team to generate content including webinars.
  • Evaluate and improve client tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
  • When discovering new features, help ideate potential solutions & improvements alongside the Product team.
  • When launching new features to production, assist the Quality Assurance team to ensure the product is working as expected.


Competitive Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience with a degree in Energy, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering , or an equivalent field of expertise.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication in Proficient English (C2).
  • Interpersonal and written communication in Japanese very desirable.
  • Knowledge in the design and development of solar PV plants.
  • Master's degree in Solar/Renewable Energy highly desired .
  • Knowledge of the Solar PV market.
  • Work experience in solar PV.
  • Passion in finding the best solution to customer questions/issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mind with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong work ethic, team player, and eagerness to learn.
  • Sociable, curious, open minded and creative.
