As a Technical Account Manager on the Strategic Accounts team in New York, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding one of Taboola’s most significant supply-side partnerships. You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant, working closely with our partner to understand their business goals, identify growth opportunities, and optimize their performance through Taboola's platform. You will proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and professional services teams to deliver tailored strategies and solutions that drive mutual success.
How you’ll make an impact:- Serve as the dedicated account manager and key point of contact for a major strategic supply-side partner, with a primary focus on driving commercial success.
- Build and maintain relationships with key cross functional stakeholders within the partner's organization.
- Organize and lead quarterly business reviews with the partner, presenting key performance metrics, project updates, growth opportunities and future plans.
- Develop and maintain a strategic account plan and conduct regular internal business reviews to communicate partnership performance and growth strategy to cross functional executive stakeholders
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the partner's technical infrastructure, business objectives, and strategic priorities to identify and execute on growth opportunities.
- Possess a strong understanding of Taboola's integration with the partner, in order to effectively communicate technical concepts and commercial implications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at the partner organization.
- Collaborate closely with Taboola's Professional Services team to onboard new supply, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, collect requirements for new features, and advocate for partner technical needs.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and revenue growth for Taboola, the partner.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for improved advertiser success on partner supply.
- 10+ years of experience, with minimum 6 years in technical account management, partner management, or a similar client-facing role in the digital advertising space.
- Proven track record of identifying and driving revenue growth opportunities within partnerships.
- Understanding of complex technical integrations and articulating their commercial impact.
- Strong technical background and a deep understanding of advertising web technologies, APIs, and data integration principles.
- Demonstrated understanding of OpenRTB protocols and the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and recommendations for both technical and commercial improvements.
- Experience working directly with Product Management and Engineering teams at partner organizations, with a focus on translating technical capabilities into business value.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestic and international
