The Mission As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you are the bridge between cutting-edge technology and client success. You won't just be managing accounts; you’ll be a driving force behind our growth, ensuring every client receives our signature "White Glove" service. You will act as a strategic advisor, advocate, and technical visionary for our partners.


Your Impact

  • **Strategic Roadmap: ** Develop and maintain client business plans and technical roadmaps aligned with our core stack.
  • Client Advocacy: Be the voice of the client to ensure service expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
  • Consultative Growth: Analyze client needs to recommend upgrades or features that solve their unique business challenges.
  • Project Leadership: Partner with the Professional Services Team to design successful projects and keep clients informed every step of the way.
  • Crisis Management: Act as the primary point of contact during technical emergencies, providing calm and clear communication.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the Sales Team to showcase our value and win new business.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

    • Experience: A minimum of 3 years communicating complex technical issues to clients.
    • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Windows workstations/servers, Microsoft 365, and a solid grasp of networking topology.
    • Education: A four-year degree in a technology-related field (relevant experience may offset this requirement).
    • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities paired with elite verbal and written communication.
    • Service Mindset: A proven track record in high-level customer service and account management.
