The Opportunity

The Cybersecurity Group is ensuring the safety of the world's data in the AI era. We are building the foundational security layer for an AI-powered world, evolving AQtive Guard into the leading platform for Cryptographic Management and AI Security Posture Management.

The Cybersecurity Group is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team. This role is central to our efforts to ensure the long-term success of our most strategic enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them navigate the complex transition to post-quantum cryptography. This person will drive the post-sales technical journey for AQtive Guard, ensuring high adoption and measurable risk reduction.

They’ll partner with CISOs and security architects to integrate our solutions into complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments. They’ll act as the technical voice of the customer, directly influencing our product roadmap based on field signals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Technical Adoption: Partner with customers to craft and execute strategies that drive deep integration of AQtive Guard within their infrastructure.

  • Lead Strategic Reviews: Facilitate technical discussions and hands-on sessions to demonstrate best practices and ensure customers maximize their security ROI.

  • Resolve Complex Challenges: Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical bottlenecks, collaborating with engineering to resolve high-stakes security issues.

  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Impact: Coordinate between Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience from implementation through expansion.

  • Proactive Support: Anticipate technical challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and drive best practices to optimize performance and security.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of technical experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a high-touch, customer-facing role (e.g., TAM, Security Architect, or Sales Engineer).

  • Deep Security Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, PKI, encryption, and vulnerability management.

  • Proven Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex technical engagements and deliver projects on time and within scope.

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and a solid understanding of software architecture.

  • Elite Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex cryptographic and AI security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Highly Desired Skills & Experience
  • Advanced Certifications: Relevant cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM) or project management (PMP) credentials.

  • SaaS & DevOps Familiarity: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD principles in a security context.

  • Strategic Consulting Background: Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide security architectures for Global 2000 organizations.
