Description

Founded in 2016, Lusha grew from a bootstrapped startup to a $1.5B unicorn, backed by $245M in investments and trusted by sales teams at Google, Zendesk, and Yotpo.

Lusha is an AI-powered sales intelligence platform, changing the B2B sales experience with a new approach called Sales Streaming. Allowing salespeople to spend most of their time selling instead of wasting time and effort on manual prospecting.

With 1.5M+ users, 200M+ contacts, and 40K new signups every month, we’re the engine behind modern GTM teams. And we’re just getting started.

Where does this role fit in our vision?

Every role at our company is designed with a clear purpose—to integrate collective efforts into our shared success, functioning as pieces of a collective brain. This role is key to expanding our network and driving revenue growth, directly contributing to Lusha's vision of revolutionizing the B2B sales landscape.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Identifying new partnership opportunities that align with business goals and the technology roadmap.
  • Leading negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful execution.
  • Building and nurturing meaningful relationships between Lusha and key stakeholders across our technology partners’ organizations — including executives, product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Working closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations) to align partnership initiatives with company goals.
  • Tracking, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of partnerships, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Advocating for partners internally and influencing product features and roadmaps based on market feedback.

Here’s what we need from you:

  • 7+ years of experience in technology and strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record of building and scaling technology partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, APIs, integrations, and/or enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels—from engineers to C-suite.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into business opportunities for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We’re dreamers, innovators, and learners, driven by simplicity, collaboration, and trust.

At Lusha, your work matters. Your voice is heard. And your growth is part of our growth.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
