Lead Sitecore development for multilingual, multisite implementations using Helix and SXA. Architect and build components, templates, renderings, caching, and Sitecore APIs. Integrate via REST/web services, host and operate Sitecore on Azure (Search/Solr, Redis, App Services), manage CI/CD with Azure DevOps/Unicorn, enforce Gitflow branching, troubleshoot web issues, review implementations, and mentor/manage the team.

Must Have:
- At least 5 years of experience in Sitecore & .NET

- Experience in working in Sitecore 8.2 and above for multi-lingual and multisite implementations with Helix and SXA
- Strong knowledge of C#
- Experience in integrating applications using web services and REST APIs
- Good experience in building Templates, Renderings, Layouts, Page Designs, Partial Page Designs, Shared / Baseline site concepts, Sitecore Caching
- Experience in developing and exposing APIs from Sitecore using REST standards.
- Extending configurations in Sitecore by extending the built-in components such as Site Settings, Jobs and Pipelines, Sitecore Events, Custom Processors etc
- Experience using Glass, Synthesis, or another ORM Mapper/Wrapper for Sitecore
- Excellent knowledge and experience in building component by following SXA standards and Helix Architecture
- Experience in SaaS solutions such as IAM, CDN (Content Delivery Network), Backend Services, etc.
- Experience in Hosting Sitecore in Azure with Azure Search or Solr
- Good understanding on the Web Development and troubleshooting issues in web browsers
- Knowledge of Redis Cache and implementing custom caching within the website.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have ability to define components, troubleshoot the issues, review the implementation and provide recommendations to address the concerns within the team.
- Experience with managing team using Gitlow branching pattern
- Understanding the Azure DevOps process
- Experience in working in a continuous integration and deployment environment (Microsoft Azure, Continuous Deployment/Release, Unicorn)
Nice to Have:
- Certification on Sitecore 9.x or above
- Knowledge of any of the JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in Azure Functions, Cosmos database and integration
- Knowledge on OneTrust implementations or GDPR and CCPA acts
- Knowledge on any other CMS
- Good understanding on Headless CMS and Hybrid implementations
- Experience on XSRS, XSS, OWASP, WCAG, GDPR and CCPA
