Up to $135,000 base salary + bonus + excellent benefits

About the Role
The Tax Senior Analyst will play a key role in managing corporate tax compliance, assisting with tax planning, and supporting strategic initiatives across multiple entities. This position offers exposure to both federal and state tax matters, process improvement projects, and direct collaboration with senior leadership and external tax advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for multiple entities
- Assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions and estimated payments
- Support tax planning and research to optimize the company’s tax position
- Maintain and reconcile tax accounts and supporting schedules
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
- Assist in process improvements and automation within the tax function
- Ensure compliance with current tax regulations and identify potential risks or opportunities
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in corporate tax or public accounting (Big 4 or mid-tier firm experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of federal and state income tax laws and reporting
- Proficiency with Excel and tax preparation software (e.g., OneSource, CorpTax, or similar)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
