What You'll Be Doing:

• Opportunity to gain experience in: US Corporate Income Tax, International Corporate Income Tax, ASC 740, State Income Tax, Transaction Tax, Property Tax, Transfer Pricing, R&D Credit, and applicable tax research
• Manage external tax compliance and provision providers including, but not limited to, PBC requests and completeness review of underlying data
• Calculate estimated payments and extensions and ensuring timely payment of all taxes
• Understand general accounting and auditing procedures based on the level of service provided
• Identify and communicate accounting, auditing, and/or risks and opportunities to tax team members
• Preparation of account reconciliations
• Identify performance improvement opportunities
• Direct communication with other areas of the business including Accounting
• Assist with other ad-hoc reporting and projects as required

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related degree, Masters degree in Accounting is preferred
• CPA certification a plus
• 1-3 years of US corporate income tax experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel required)
• Strong technical skills including the ability to effectively utilize technology and the commitment to learning in the technology environment
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and accounting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strict adherence to professional ethics
• Be self-motivated and enthusiastic

Preferred Requirements:

• Demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised
• Aptitude to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.
• The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $59,000.00 - $99,000.00 annually.
For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
